Below is a sampling of my work designing and administering automated email campaign experiences in the D2C and B2B customer journeys.

Acquisition Campaigns

Clearcover: Direct Appointment Campaign for Independent Agents
Cold email campaign outreach to a targeted SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market) of agencies in select regions, introducing them to Clearcover and the value provided to both agents and customers. Agencies are identified by AgentSync Recruit, have a very tough vetting process, and appoint high-quality agents only.

Through November 2022, converted 2% of the cold audience into appointments. Agencies have sold 95 policies, resulting in approx. $67,000 in net written premium.

Jewelers Mutual: Lead Nurturing Campaigns for Online Quote Abandons
Automated lead nurturing email campaigns for qualified prospects who saved a quote without completing an application. Contacts are instantly enrolled into the campaigns via API integration when the online quote is saved. Campaigns span 60 days and feature data-backed personalization and dynamic content based on lead source, type(s) of jewelry quoted, and re-engagement with the saved quote.

Quote nurturing campaigns assisted in converting 40% into policyholders in 2021, accounting for 20% of new business across all lead sources.

Retention Campaigns

Jewelers Mutual: Upcoming Payment Due Campaigns
Automated retention email campaigns targeting policyholders with upcoming payments due and who are not enrolled in AutoPay. Eligible contacts are enrolled in the campaigns via daily API integration calls. Campaigns span 45 days and feature data-backed personalization and dynamic content based on acquisition source, payment amount due, payment due date, account number, and status of the upcoming payment.

Retention consistently exceeded the annual plan by 2% since implementation in 2018. Web-sourced policyholders renewed at 92% in 2021.

Clearcover: Mobile App Attachment Campaign - Retention Benefit
Test email campaign targeting 3 select independent agencies and 3 select national account partners, highlighting mobile app value proposition and correlation between app attachment and policy retention. Agencies in the test had varying levels of mobile app attachment performance prior to the campaign launch (low, medium, high).

Mobile app attachment rates in the 7-day post-bind window rose month-over-month in all 6 partners in the test from July 2022 to November 2022. Mobile app attachment rate data to be integrated and the campaign to be automated and targeted to agencies with lower mobile app attach rates.

Onboarding Campaigns

Jewelers Mutual: Welcome Series for New Policyholders
Automated onboarding email campaigns for new policyholders over the first year of their policy, providing an overview of their new policy, jewelry care and safety tips, and how to manage their policy. New policyholders are enrolled in the campaigns via daily API integration calls. Campaigns span 320 days and feature data-backed personalization and dynamic content based on acquisition source, type(s) of jewelry insured, and online portal activation status.

Clearcover: Welcome Series for Newly Appointed Independent Agents
Automated onboarding email campaign to empower newly appointed independent agents with tools, knowledge, and support to perform at the highest level. Contacts are automatically enrolled via API integration following online portal account creation. Campaign spans three months and features data-backed personalization. Additional segmentation and dynamic content to be incorporated pending additional integrations.

Within the first two months of hire, the campaign helped increase agency activation from 25.8% in Q4 2021 to 37.8% in Q1 2022.

Content Marketing Campaigns

Jewelers Mutual: Jewelry Care & Safety Subscription Campaigns
Automated subscription email campaigns targeted to policyholders who have opted in to receive more information on a variety of jewelry topics (Cleaning & Care, Safety & Security, Travel, Jewelry Knowledge). Campaigns span the entire policy year and feature data-backed personalization and dynamic content based on acquisition source, type(s) of jewelry insured, and subscription preferences.

Clearcover: ClearAI® Awareness Campaign
Awareness email campaign educating a targeted group of high-performing independent agents on ClearAI® and how it helps them differentiate Clearcover from other insurance carriers and inspires them to prioritize Clearcover policies in sales.

Nearly 90% of the agencies engaged with the campaign, with 55% having an understanding of how ClearAI® positively impacts their business (50% KPI goal).
